Red Bull AdrenaLAN brings Canadian gamers together online

Call if the Fight Before Christmas. Or don’t. The organizers call it Red Bull AdrenaLAN, so let’s maybe stick with that.
Running December 19 and 20, Red Bull AdrenaLAN will bring gamers from across Canada to compete in Valorant, Fall Guys, Call of Duty: Warzone, and more. The two-day gaming event is now in its third year, and this time all the action will take place online.
Highlights will include free-to-enter Valorant, League of Legends, and Street Fighter V tournaments, with a total prize pool of $25,000. These are open tournaments, too, so if you think you have what it takes, find more info and sign-up links at RedBull.ca/AdrenaLAN.
And if you’ve ever dreamed of taking on esports pros in a Warzone tourney, AdrenaLAN offers that opportunity. Participants will have a chance to compete against pro Call of Duty team Toronto Ultra. “Players will be rewarded cash bounties for eliminating Ultra players and $1,000 for securing a Warzone victory,” according to a Red Bull press release.
Fans of Fall Guys will want to tune in to FallMania, a tournament put on by Red Bull Gaming athlete GrandPooBear. Sixteen competitors will duke it out for the Crown of the North. And, in case that’s not incentive enough, the winner also gets $5,000.
AdrenaLAN will also include indie-game showcases and live streams from DJs including Hedspin, HustleGRL, JayemKayem b2b Freeza Chin, LIVING ROOM, DJ Poptrt, and Skratch Bastid.
