Wildly successful Twitch streamer and World of Warcraft great Byron “Reckful” Bernstein has died at age 31.

The popular gamer’s death, which is suspected to be from suicide, has been reported by those close to him, including his roommate and former girlfriend.

Bernstein was the top-ranked WoW player for six consecutive seasons. He also carved out successful career in competitive Hearthstone. As one of the first high-profile Twitch personalities, his streams would attract tens of thousands of viewers.

Over the course of his life Bernstein was candid about his mental-health struggles, talking openly about having bipolar disorder and depression.

That openness included live-streaming therapy sessions on Twitch.
